The training is exclusively sandwich course with long cycles that allow companies to be found throughout France. Two types of contracts are offered, the apprenticeship contract or the professionalization contract.

When?

Apply as soon as your first semester results are in, the server is open in April.

You can contact us in advance to discuss your project.

Acceptance of your application is usually at the end of June.

For students in Master 1 at ISTIC, you must express your wishes in your training wishes. See your M1 course director. Please contact us by mid May, at the latest by the end of June.

Profils

The students who apply have various profiles:

  • employee: you want to upgrade your technological skills, the work-linked master's degree is an opportunity.
  • holder of a professional licence for at least 3 years, the sandwich course is an opportunity to improve your skills
  • student of a master's degree in information, electronics or an equivalent training, you wish to continue in a sandwich course
  • student of the EEA master in Rennes you wish to continue in the ITEA course

The assessment of the application and the criteria are not automatic and are subject to the deliberation of the recruitment panel.

What are the admission requirements

Access to the Master 2 Electronics and Telecommunications specialising in "ICT Engineering for Eco-activities" is based on a portfolio of candidates with :

  • a 1st year Master's degree in the field of electronics, electrical engineering, automation, computing, networks, thermics, physics and instrumentation, etc.

  • an engineering degree specialising in low or high voltage or civil engineering, thermal engineering or scientific instrumentation.

Access is possible via the procedures of validation of acquired experience VAE. In this case, please contact the continuing education department (resumption of studies, professionalization contract): http://sfc.univ-rennes1.fr

Cost of the course:

  • for initial training: university registration fees
  • in continuing education: see SFC website
  • in CPRO the training is at the company's expense
